Proof — Step through cross-reference candidates without losing your place
When there's more than one possible location for a cross-reference, you can now step through the candidates from the Select Reference dialog using the navigate arrows. Each one opens a split view showing that location, so you can check it's the right one without losing your place in the document.

On the rare occasion a cross-reference fix can't complete automatically, you'll now see a clear error instead of incorrect placeholder text being inserted silently
Resized the Proof settings button to match the adjacent Scan button

The download button is now disabled with an explanatory tooltip when you're not signed into your document management system, instead of failing silently
