Proof's Auto Mode can now fix every resolvable cross-reference issue in one action with Fix All, instead of clicking through each one individually — a big time-saver on documents with dozens of cross-references.

Fixing a manual, non-existent, or broken cross-reference now auto-opens the suggested target in split view
"Flagged" has been renamed to "Bookmarked" for consistency
