Exported Gaps List and Extract Changes reports are now named after the source document, instead of a random string.
Fixed a crash that could occur when linking a second document if a tracked deletion cut through the middle of a defined term.

Cross-reference fixes that didn't line up exactly with the document text used to fail silently with no feedback; these are now handled correctly.
Cascade
Fixed a case where a pure-insertion change (for example, new text added as a result of removing a definition elsewhere) wasn't shown with a redline on the Root Change card.
